Do a sport that would help you convert those proteins in either energy or cells and tissues to replenish what you used while working out. Tennis, badminton or volleyball are good, they're not too hard but you use your whole body to play the sport. Remember that too much of anything can be bad. Protein for example, if not used, can just turn into fats.

It is also important to get rid of the toxins because this may cause some sort of skin break out and that is a major NO for the Venus ruled zodiac. Make sure you have a healthy diet, nothing with too much oil or (again) salt as this can also trigger acne problems. Fruits like apples and veggies like carrots, peas, spinach and radishes can give minerals that will give your skin a healthy and more flawless glow. Make sure you get enough, if not plenty of, sleep. There's no point of eating healthy and working out hardcore if your body doesn't get the rest it needs.

Mind your posture because this can give you problems in the long run if you don't. Avoid lifting heavy things as this can cause trouble with your lower back. You must also know your limit like what the maximum weight your body mass handle or the type of work out that is fit for your size.
